At ADAPT ems, customer feedback shapes the way we work. Our latest satisfaction survey captured clients’ views across the full customer journey, showing the value they place on reliability, quality and support.
Survey Findings
The survey covered 18 questions in four categories: Quote Performance, Technical Support, Quality and Service and Delivery.
Everyone who responded said they would recommend ADAPT. Clients rated us between Very Good and Excellent for all questions, and all respondents reported being either satisfied or very satisfied overall.
