MP for Hitchin, Bim Afalomi visited ADAPT to see first-hand how a successful local manufacturing company is going about solving some of their challenges.

Bim spent several enjoyable hours with the management team discussing the challenges about staff recruitment in the manufacturing sector and the support available from local government.

The meeting concluded with a factory tour with Managing Director, Guy Janney who showed BIM how ADAPT are using technology and automation in their production process, along with innovative ideas to minimise assembly times.
